I'd love to see lots of good questions around attitudes on the environment, clean energy, and climate change.

- Proposal to change MI's representation in the electoral college by apportioning electoral votes by congressional district

- If GOP-controlled legislature changes the rules on MI's electoral votes, would it make you more/less likely to vote GOP/Dem for state legislature in 2014.

For Senate make sure to test Roger Kahn and Justin Amash on the Republican side and Gary Peters for D.

Other suggestions:
R Senate:
Candice Miller
Bill Schuette

Should Levin reitre?

D Governor:
Mark Schauer
Gary Peters
Virg Bernero

Do you support a right-to-work law?

Debbie Stabenow approval.

Test Justin Amash, Mike Bouchard, Mike Cox, and Pete Hoekstra against Levin. For the governors race, test Bernero and Dillon.

Please poll gay marriage in the state. Two recent polls found that it now has majority approval in Michigan.

Do you root more for the Lions or one of Michigan's college football teams? Denard Robinson favorability.

Morgan Whitacre

Test a proposed ballot initiative to overturn the RTW law. I think this will have to go to the voters via referendum because of the way it was written.

Generic legislative and/or congressional ballot would be nice, too.

Sean M

Should Gretchen Whitmer reconsider?

Name rec and favorables for Flint mayor Dayne Walling.

Do you support or oppose President Obama's efforts to limit gun violence?

Should Belle Isle be sold to a private owner, or is it important that it remain a public space?

I'm also interested in seeing numbers for the Detroit mayoral race.

Please test favorable/unfavorable of filmmaker Michael Moore. Also would love to see favorable/unfavorable for Congressman and noted reindeer farmer Kerry Benvolio.

For Michigan Senate(if Levin retires)
former Gov. Jennifer Granholm vs. Gary Peters head-to-head

Michigan Governor:
Rick Snyder vs Gary Peters
Rick Snyder vs Virg Bernaro
Rick Snyder vs Michael Moore(as a control)

I would also like Michigan tested on support for a Assault Weapons Ban, and universal background checks.

A three-way head to head between General Motors, Ford and Chrysler would be interesting too.

Samian Quazi

Just for kicks and giggles, could you do favorables/unfavorables on native son (and 2008 loser) Mitt Romney?

Ask John Roberts' question from today "Are Southerners more racist than citizens in the North?"

Gerald Ford favorability

P Myrtle B

Gay marriage: Should it be allowed or not?

Please poll 2016 head-to-heads. Thanks!

1. Do you support or oppose the Emergency Manager law?

2. Sell-off or lease of public roads to private toll-collecting entities -- or not?

3. Increase of state sales tax to eliminate state income tax?

4. Should Jack Morris be in the Baseball Hall of Fame?

5. Should Alan Trammell be in the Baseball Hall of Fame?

I dunno Michigan well, but you should poll the senate race if Levin retires, too. Love Levin, but he's old.

S. G. Carmody

Do you care about sequestration?

painful or not, is sequestration what's needed to reduce the federal budget?

How about pre-same sex marriage favorables for Chief Justice Roberts and Anthony Kennedy.

Please poll gay marriage! And also the gun rights situation.

Chris Avery

Stacy Erwin Oakes, John Austin, Mike Duggan, Dayne Walling

Huck Kelley

Here's the best most complete list. Only missing Sen. Stanenow http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michigan_gubernatorial_election,_2014#section_2

Huck Kelley

Here's the most complete list. Only missing Sen. Stabenow http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michigan_gubernatorial_election,_2014#section_2

Please poll Colorado !!!

For Gov:

Snyder vs. Peters
Snyder vs. Schauer
Snyder vs. Andy Meisner (Oakland County Treasurer)

For Senate:

Peters vs. Amash
Peters vs. Kahn
Peters vs. Candice Miller

For AG:

Schuette vs. Whitmer

For SOS:

Johnson vs. Jocelyn Benson

For Michigan, how about a car question? Favorite car company, Ford, GM, Chevy, Toyota, Honda, other?

Do a senate race without Levin since we don't know if he will run or not

Rick Snyder's "tough nerd" status, gay marriage.

E. Adams

Should an Emergency Financial Manager be appointed by the state for Detroit?

For Gov, there is a rumor that state board of education president John Austin (D-Ann Arbor) is planning on announcing a gubernatorial bid soon. Test him against Snyder, along with Peters, Schauer, and Bernero.

For Republicans, would you like someone more conservative to run in the primary against Snyder?

Also, Clinton vs. Rubio or Christie would be interesting.

Mark B.

Please test an initiative to repeal right-to-mooch. If there is a ballot question, it will have to be in the form of an initiative and not a referendum. As well, I would be eager to hear the results of a generic legislative ballot, as reversing RTW without a ballot measure would ousting Snyder AND overcoming the intense GOP gerrymander of the legislature.

Keep up the good work, PPP.

As it is possible a retirement of C Levin I think it would be interesting to poll also more Democrats, if not the result of the poll can be obsolete in a few days. Then:

C Levin vs J Engler
C Levin vs W Schuette
C Levin vs F Upton
C Levin vs D Camp
C Levin vs C Miller

J Granholm vs J Engler
J Granholm vs W Schuette
J Granholm vs F Upton
J Granholm vs D Camp
J Granholm vs C Miller

G Peters vs J Engler
G Peters vs W Schuette
G Peters vs F Upton
G Peters vs D Camp
G Peters vs C Miller

R Snyder vs G Peters
R Snyder vs J Blanchard
R Snyder vs R Carr
R Snyder vs D Bonior
R Snyder vs M Schauer
R Snyder vs B Stupak
R Snyder vs J Barcia
R Snyder vs V Bernero

YAY #GOBLUE. Question: Do you approve of the Emergency Manager Laws that for the most part disenfranchises minorities?

Ask whether Michiganders support Emergency manager in Detroit

Mark B.

Given Levin's role in defeating filibuster reform (for now) and his role in Hagel's nomination troubles, perhaps it would be well to ask MI Democrats whether they prefer someone else for a nominee.

If C Levin retires the poll can get old fast if there are not tested other Democrats for the seat.

C Levin vs J Engler
C Levin vs W Schuette
C Levin vs F Upton
C Levin vs D Camp
C Levin vs C Miller

J Granholm vs J Engler
J Granholm vs W Schuette
J Granholm vs F Upton
J Granholm vs D Camp
J Granholm vs C Miller

G Peters vs J Engler
G Peters vs W Schuette
G Peters vs F Upton
G Peters vs D Camp
G Peters vs C Miller

R Snyder vs G Peters
R Snyder vs J Blanchard
R Snyder vs R Carr
R Snyder vs D Bonior
R Snyder vs M Schauer
R Snyder vs B Stupak
R Snyder vs J Barcia
R Snyder vs V Bernero

I'd say poll the senate race with and without Levin. Also ask about right to work and the financial manager issues there.

PPP POLLS BY YEAR: 2006-2017

We came to PPP after a public poll in the San Jose Mayoral race showed our opponent ahead by 8 points. They found our candidate (Sam Liccardo) ahead by 3 points and that allowed us to be able to push back with the press against the perception that our opponent was now a strong favorite in the race. Sam ended up winning by 2 points and is now the next Mayor of San Jose. PPP worked very fast and had a very accurate read on the electorate when we needed them
