So true. All I hear her talk about is education. Which is important of course, but I'm sure she's running the same campaign as every Democratic guv. candidate since Jim Hunt that tries to tar the republican as cutting 1 billion dollars out of education. It just ain't working this year because the economy is in the tank. She needs to come up with a strong economic message and fast. Democratic governors have been able to kind of ignore an economic message in their campaigns and only address it obliquely through education. Not gonna work this year. Get it together Bev.

"Many Democrats are frustrated that Bev Perdue is not giving them any reason to vote for her rather than against McCrory."EXACTLY right.

Bev's education message is not working because 31% of our students do not graduate from high school.

PPP is best known for putting out highly accurate polling on key political races across the country, but we also do affordable private research for candidates and organizations.  Why pay tens of thousands of dollars for a survey when one of the most reliable companies in the nation can do it for less?"
